All Touch of Texture phone cases are handmade to order. Please allow 5–25 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays due to postal service issues, customs, or high-volume seasons.

⚠️ Please double-check your phone model before ordering — cases are made to fit the selected device and cannot be changed once made.

Returns & Refunds
Because each case is handmade and unique, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect phone size selections.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
