By placing an order with Touch of Texture, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to help you understand how we work and what to expect when you shop with us.

1. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Touch of Texture.

  • Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue immediately. Because each case is handcrafted and made to order, we cannot accept changes, cancellations, or refunds once your purchase is confirmed.

  • Please double-check that you’ve selected the correct phone model, case style, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

  • As our products are custom-made, they cannot be returned or resold.

2. Pricing

  • All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • GST (Goods & Services Tax) is included in the price where applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but once you’ve placed an order, the price is fixed and final.

3. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Estimated delivery times are 5–25 business days, depending on your location and postal service.

  • Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Touch of Texture is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather or strikes).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking details (where applicable) will be provided.

4. Risk & Responsibility

  • Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to you.

  • We do not accept liability for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have left our hands.

  • 💡 Tip: We recommend choosing a secure delivery address, such as a workplace or somewhere someone will be available to receive the parcel. You can also request signature on delivery through your postal service for extra peace of mind.

5. Product Disclaimer

  • Every case is handmade and completely unique. While we carefully model each piece on the example shown in our product photos, there will be small differences in the arrangement of charms, beads, shells, and other decorative elements.

  • These variations are not considered faults — they’re part of the charm! No two cases will ever be identical, and your piece is one of a kind 💕

  • Please also note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen’s settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Australian consumer law, Touch of Texture is not liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or dropping your case

    • Damage occurring after the product has been delivered

  • If a product is found to be defective due to a fault in materials or workmanship, our liability is limited to:

    • Replacing the item (if possible), or

    • Refunding the purchase price

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by water, impact, or general wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Touch of Texture products, case designs, photographs, graphics, and content on our website and social media are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, alter, or use any of our designs, layouts, or content without our prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

  • By purchasing from Touch of Texture, you agree that any disputes or claims will be handled in accordance with Victorian legal standards.
